Target

A 109,000 s.f. remodel of an existing anchor retail building at the Watertown Mall. The work included a complete interior demolition and re-build of an existing store, relocating the main entrance and constructing a signature Target entrance. The exterior façade of the building was completely re-built to reflect Target's brand, but with a sensitivity to the existing Mall architecture. The project was developed as a design-build turn key project where PGA was a consultant, providing architecture, structural, electrical, mechanical and fire protection engineering to the design-build team.
