The Arboretum

The Arboretum is a community of 312 rental apartments with a pool and a clubhouse. Its suburban location in Burlington, Massachusetts, was designed to minimize the mass of apartment buildings. Extensive landscaping throughout the development strengthened this image and additionally enhanced the appearance of the development.

This facility is distinguished as a design and marketing success within the New England area due to the achievement of occupancy within three months in advance of the goal. Since then, near full occupancy has consistently been maintained.
